How nearly every NYC rescue gets ACC dogs out. Rescues take ownership of ACC animals (often medical/behavior cases) and rehome through their own process. If you want to foster/adopt an at-risk 'New Hope Only' dog, fill out the pre-screener and ACC matches you to a partner rescue. Partner packet mails to 11 Park Place Suite 805, NY 10007.
