501(c)(3) since 2011 (founder Christina Beckles); 8,000+ 'satos' (Puerto Rican street dogs) rehomed. Brooklyn address (130 Water St 11201) is an ADMIN office only - dogs are in Puerto Rico and flown to the NY/NJ area; adopters meet virtually first, then pick up on arrival. Adoption fee $650 (spay/neuter, full vetting, vaccines, microchip). East Coast adopters who can reach NY/NJ pickup are eligible. Teaches the 3-3-3 adjustment rule.
